How to Use the Content Planner
1. Map Out Your Strategy
Start by clicking into any cell on the grid. Type your content ideas, video titles, or caption drafts for each specific platform. Whether it’s a Pinterest Pin or a Facebook Update, you can plan your entire cross-platform strategy in one view.
2. Stay Protected with Auto-Save
Don't worry about losing your work! The planner automatically saves your data to your browser as you type. You can close the tab and come back later to finish your plan—your ideas will be right where you left them.
3. Review Your Weekend Workflow
We’ve included specific rows for Facebook and Pinterest, along with full Saturday and Sunday columns. Since these are high-traffic times for creators, use these slots to schedule your most important evergreen content.
4. Export and Take It With You
Once your week is planned, choose your preferred format:
- Download PDF: Perfect for printing out and taping to your desk or checking off by hand.
- Download Excel: Ideal for uploading to Google Sheets or sharing with your team/virtual assistant.
5. Reset for a Fresh Start
Ready for next week? Click the “Clear All” button to wipe the grid and start your next content cycle with a blank slate.
Pro-Tip: Use the PDF version to keep a digital archive of your past weeks so you can track which content themes you've already covered!
